And for all our B2B customers we offer a refundable plan in which customers receive his full refund as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the business agreement or proforma invoice.
And for all our B2C customers; we assure them the quality and accuracy of the product. And after the counseling of our product “ Assessment” by our professional counselors if any customer is not satisfied with the findings and counseling of our product “ Assessment” then he can raise a claim for refund within 10 days of undergoing the counseling session by our expert Counselor/s. The refund will be processed within 10 days.
