Being a software company, almost all of our products and services are intellectual in nature or in the soft form. Therefore all such products and services shall be delivered through electronics modes like email, shared drive, customer account on our . or any portal that is controlled and managed by Brainoglyphics.
In case there is any such product or related hardware, then the same will be delivered by DTDC courier or equivalent and the shipping ID or tracking ID will be share with the customer via mail to track the shipment.
We or our delivery partners do not work on Sundays and other holidays, so customers are advised to consider this in their estimated delivery time.
The estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

• The destination to which you want the order shipped to and our location
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase from our . and the prices are final and all-inclusive. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the product type.
